Second time I've had to do this quest (another warrior on another server) and luckily they have updated the drop rates significantly. . - Cyclonian is immune to Charge's Charge Stun. But I have not yet found a champion to defeat the wind lord. Bath'rah can use Cyclonian's heart to create Whirlwind weapons for warriors.
